Evenflo Colours worked the composition until the organic and inorganic pigments were balanced, with the intention that the colour would fade to neutral tones.
For a higher pigment load and no mixing necessary, use any of the four pigments straight with needle cartridges or manual devices.

The pre-modified set, designed for zero guesswork, works on all Fitzpatrick skin types 1-6 on the full range of blondes, brunettes and redheads. Crafted by Lulu Siciliano for the perfectionist of every artist, this game-changing formula provides soft colour retention and is pre-diluted for the perfect consistency.
This set offers the most stable results. It was tested for nearly three years in different countries and on different ethnicities to ensure the pigments held up over time.
With a high pigment load and no mixing necessary, it can be used straight with needle cartridges or manual devices. It’s perfect for hair strokes, shading and ombre.
- Store in a room-temperature environment.
- Do not leave the product out in the sun.
- Handle containers with fresh-from-the-box, single-use gloved hands.
- Shake pigment for at least 1 minute before pouring.
- After pouring, ensure the lid is securely sealed and return to its storage area.
- To change consistency, only use Perma Blend Shading Solutions. Do not mix with water or other thinning agents.
- Pigment expires 12 months after opening.
- Unopened pigment expires after 2.5 years.
