Light Boom is a 3-in-1 cream formula used as a high-coverage concealer, brow highlighter, blemish and dark circle corrector, eyelid primer and lip mapping base. It dries smudge-free, which makes it handy for lip mapping without a setting powder, and cosmetic tattoo artists also use it as an under-brow highlighter during brow mapping, or after brow tinting, lamination and sculpting.
